The process of construction

A client who chooses their own land, first fold payment of € 500.000, - CZK for the signing of the project, which provides the framework of our cooperation. By signing this agreement the client has 3 months to client specification changes - it will be available and our architect. Then sign a contract for work, where they will be precisely specified parameters of the house, and on payment of additional purchase price will be a change in ownership of the selected property and it is already possible to draw the mortgage loan. Project completion is guaranteed within 18 months of signing the contract for work. Additional payments are made on the basis of a loan as a percentage of construction. In addition to first payment in the amount of 500.000, - CZK client is not anything in advance.

Precisely because each client will be able to be selected as his house will be equipped, not exactly set the price in advance. As an indication, the prices will range from 5.4 to 6,700,000 CZK, including landscaping, fencing, garages, etc. in high quality standard.
